Biafra Is Non-negotiable, Uwazuruike Tells Northern Youth Leaders

 

Leader of the Arewa Youth Consultative Forum (AYCF) Yerima Shettima, with his Northern youths entourage expressed support for Bim-Massob in their non violence posture towards Biafra agitation.

Shettima’s AYCF is the biggest and most influential youth organisation in northern Nigeria. In solidarity visit to Biafra at Owerri, Biafra seat of power. He expressed the essence of their movement with the chairman of Hausa representing South east and South South, all the chairmen of Hausa representing Five states in the south east and other leaders from the North.

In a statement at Biafra seat of power on Friday , August 21, Shettima said if Biafra will separate from Nigeria, let it be without violence, let there be a peaceful separation so that there will be respect among nations that will emerge from Nigeria.

Shettima also reaffirmed his support to father of Biafra nation, Chief Ralph Uwazuruike saying : “We are together in this struggle as a brother and we are in it to fight the common enemy together, as he appeals for protection of Hausa people and their properties in Biafra land”.

Shetima also disclosed the reasons behind 90 days quit notice to igbo people leaving in the North, said that they used the quit notice to expose few elements in the south east parading themselves as leaders of Biafra.

He promised the people of Biafra that nothing will happen to Biafra people and their properties in the North in the process of peaceful separation of Biafra from Nigeria.

Recall that the Coalition of Northern Youth Groups were on June 06, 2017 said the Igbo should quit the north before October and that the northerners were seeking their independent and freedom from Igbo whom they described as ‘barbaric, uncultured, criminals and breakers of law.’

They equally said in the video that they will no longer be disposed to co-exist with the Igbos and shall take definite steps to end partnership by pulling out of the current federal arrangement.

Biafra media reporters equally gathered that Northern Elders Forum through the statement issued by their spokesperson, Ango Adullahi has backed Arewa youths in their quit notice to Igbo living in the north.

But towards August of the same year, the Coalition of Northern Groups (CNG) withdrew the quit notice handed down to the Igbos living in the Northern part of the country, noting that the group came under intense pressure from concerned Nigerians.

The father of Biafra nation, Ijele Ndigbo, Iron Man of Africa who gave the Northern youth leaders a massage to take home to their people, said that the issue of Biafra is not negotiable and what Nigeria government should be talking about now is the negotiations for relationships between Biafra government and Nigeria government.

He promised the Northern youth leaders at Biafra seat of power that every Hausa in Biafra land is saved and if anybody from Biafra land touches any Hausa people in Biafra land, leave the fight for me as he assured the Northern visitors.

” I have the capacity to protect your people in Biafra land,” Ijele Ndigbo stated.

The father of the nation, Biafra calls on Hausa investors to come to Biafra land and invest. “We shall welcome you people in Biafra, ” chief Dr. Ralph Uwazuruike concluded.
