Victor Umeh the Chieftain of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) has being chased out of Ihiala by Soldiers who insisted he wasn’t suppose to be there Bvi channel 1 learnt.
The APGA Chieftain Claimed he was there to ensure everything is going well, recall that the Anambra gubernatorial election was declared inconclusive cause election wasn’t held at Ihiala local govt you which is on going at the moment.
