South East Electricity Consumers Association (SEECA ) has been dragged to Federal high Court 1, Enugu by EEDC Management.
EEDC Management is asking the court to stop SEECA from informing the consumers of electricity in the SouthEast of their rights and obligations.
EEDC Management claims that SEECA informative activities in the South East is causing EEDC loses and wants the court to remedy that by awarding them 5billion naira cost.
We are calling all users of electricity in the SouthEast and particularly SEECA members in the southeast to appear in solidarity at the court on 26th Semptember, 2024 by 9am prompt in Federal High Court 1 , Enugu.
Lawyers are encouraged to support this legal action initiated by EEDC Management to save our future and the future of our children . There will be no industrialization without reliable and affordable energy supply.
