Good morning my people, this is RESTORATION TIME.

Theme: The Love of Money (1)
Text: 1 Timothy 6:10

The text says, “For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.”

Permit me to say that one of the major reasons Ndigbo found themselves in this political bondage today is their love for money. There is nothing wrong about money, money is good and essential but when we are so desperate to have money or accumulate wealth to the extent of committing evil and abominations then we got it all wrong. No doubt , God made Ndigbo industrious, but someone said that we have made ourselves slavishly industrious and I agree because most of us are blinded by the desire to make money by all means.

The worse thing I have seen in Alaigbo is majority of the people celebrating those who made their money through evil means, therefore encouraging others especially the younger ones do the same.

This attitude (selfishness and greed for money) of many of us is what destroyed our politics. We have succeeded in turning our politics to MONEY POLITICS or CASH AND CARRY POLITICS. That is the reason virtually all the billionaires in Anambra state are declaring interest to be our next governor, because it has become normal (aru gbaa afo oburu omenala) that with money the coast is clear.

So, being a billionaire and soon trillionaire is now number one qualification to be a Governor in Alaigbo. This is wrong and a shame to Ndigbo.
PRM is here to say No and to change the game. We are here to fix our politics, insist that henceforth the right things are done always which will give us the right leadership. To achieve that, we (the people) should shun the love of money and wait for God’s blessings that makes rich without sorrow.

Repent now and join PRM today as we continue to educate, preach, sensitize and mobilize our people for good governance and freedom. May God help us all in Jesus name, amen.
