The Appeal Court sitting in Kano State has declared the proceedings and judgment of Musa Ubale J. of Jigawa State High Court a nullity saying that the Jigawa High Court has no territorial or substantive jurisdiction to hear the suit on Anambra Gubernatorial matter.
