The Governor should set Key Performance indicators for all the public servants. That will form the basis of the sack.A ministry like Agriculture has a lot of expectation from the people.A situation where land space is given to few rich men and women should be discouraged as that is encouraging capitalism .Government should set up functional farm settlement as well as marketing and price control Board with credible character to manage them.
