Today, Indigenous People of Biafra continue in their legal battle with Nigeria at Federal High Court Owerri. The case for self-determination files by Customary Government of Indigenous People of Biafra as led by the Supreme Council of Elders through their legal representatives Bilie Human Right Initiative.
The substantive hearing of the Suit No. FHC/OW/CS/192/2013 is expected to commence this morning at Federal High Court Owerri Imo State Nigeria.
The case bundle contains the plea of Indigenous People of Biafra challenging Federal Government of Nigeria to respect United Nation chatter of right of Indigenous People for Self-Determination among many others.

From the result we are getting, Biafra States from South Eastern and parts of Niger Delta are far ahead of other regions in education in Nigeria.
