Goodbye Nigeria:AN ORDERLY INTERMENT

*ABANDONMENT OF THE CARCASS OF NIGERIA BY ALL COMPONENTS OF DEFUNCT FEDERATION OF NIGERIA AND AN INVITATION TO AN ORDERLY INTERMENT: BETWEEN THE SECESSION FALSE NARRATIVE AND THE SELF-DETERMINATION IMPERATIVE – NINAS Secretariat, March 24, 2021.*

The attention of the NINAS Secretariat has been drawn to an article circulating on social media and titled: “Oduduwa Republic: 30 Questions that need Answers” written by two obviously fictitious and fictional characters “Comrade Aloba” and “Joseph Olusegun”.

The said article represents a very poor script in scaremongering and obfuscation by agents of a hopelessly distressed status quo who seek to throw in the SECESSION False Narrative into the ongoing Union Dispute and Dialogue in Nigeria amidst the SELF-DETERMINATION Questions raised by the Grave Constitutional Grievances of the Constituent Peoples of Nigeria especially in the South and Middle Belt Territories.

It will be recalled that only a few days ago, the NINAS Secretariat had cause to issue a Rejoinder against a similar attempt by Chief Duro Onabule to hang the “SECESSION” tag on the SELF-DETERMINATION initiative and push by the Yoruba.

The so-called “30 Questions” look a lot more stupid and self-defeating when juxtaposed with the December 16, 2020 Joint Multi-Regional Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM) Proclamation by the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination, NINAS which puts a lie to the “Yoruba Secession” False Narrative the fictitious authors so miserably tried to erect, as the rest of the South and Middle-Belt of Nigeria are together with the Yoruba in the Self-Determination Quest from the stranglehold of Caliphate-Owned Unitary Union of Death Nigeria has become for its Constituent Peoples.

In the face of the year 2000 Secession of the Contiguous Sharia Territory of North from the Secular Union of Nigeria and the Total Repudiation of the Disputed Caliphate-Imposed 1999 Constitution by the rest of Nigeria, the Decisive Joint Jail Break Designs unleashed by NINAS (South & MB) via the December 16, 2020 CFM Proclamation merely targets the Orderly Decommissioning and Dismantling of the Unworkable Unitary Union foisted on all by that Caliphate-Imposed 1999 Constitution and cannot be described as SECESSION.

This Joint Multi-Regional CFM Action is the Carefully Designed Strategy Deployed by the Rest of Nigeria in the NINAS Alliance, to Extricate its Various Peoples from the Danger and Toxic Debilitations of Defunct Federation of Nigeria, and also to Distill Fresh Protocols amongst Willing, Compatible Contiguities, anchored on the Inalienable Self-Determination Rights of the Constituent Peoples of Distressed Nigeria.

By the foregoing, the desperation by agents of Caliphate Nigeria to label the ORDERLY Joint Quest for Self-Determination by the Trapped Constituent Components of Nigeria as “SECESSION” is a disingenuous, lazy and unintelligent attempt at constructing a containment Narrative to distort and possibly criminalize the Plain SELF-DETERMINATION initiative of the Peoples of Nigeria especially in the South and Middle-Belt, who Rejected Sharia and Unitarism.

*For the avoidance of doubt, the Simultaneous Adoption and Implementation of Sharia by 12 Contiguous States of the Caliphate North since year 2000, amounts to SECESSION from the Secular Union of Nigeria.*

Furthermore, the fact that the Houses of Assembly of those 12 CONTIGUOUS States SIMULTANEOUSLY Passed the Sharia Adoption Bills and the Governors of those States Signed same into Law and set up Sharia Enforcement Police (Hisbah), the rest of Nigeria under the aegis of the NINAS Alliance, recognize that Simultaneous Adoption of Sharia by those Contiguous States as the Exercise of the Right to Self-Determination by the Peoples of those 12 Contiguous States.

Faced by the Undisguised Ethnic Cleansing Onslaught by Heavily-Armed Fulani Militia Invaders, in circumstances that progressively point to collusion by the Fulani-Led Federal Government of Nigeria and its Security Forces, *the rest of Nigeria (NINAS Alliance Territory) therefore activated, IRREVERSIBLY, their own Right to Self-Determination via the December 16, 2020 Joint Multi-Regional Constitutional Force Majeure Proclamation* in which it gave the Federal of Nigeria a 90-Day Notice of Grave Constitutional Grievances and tabled a Five-Point Demand for Addressing the said Grave Constitutional Grievances. The 90-Days lapsed by midnight of March 16, 2021 and NINAS on March 17, 2021, announced the Next-Steps in the Joint Extrication Process beginning with a 30-Day Consultation Period with Elected Officials of the Alliance Territories, commencing from the Midnight of March 17, 2021.

Like the failed attempt to erect the FARMERS/HERDERS Clash False Narrative (or Banditry) to conceal the Self-Evident Fulani Conquest and Ethnic Cleansing Campaign against the Indigenous Nationalities of Nigeria, *the current attempt to erect the False Narrative of SECESSION to criminalize the well structured SELF-DETERMINATION Campaign of the Peoples of Nigeria (especially in the NINAS Alliance), is dead on arrival and therefore will fail woefully.*

NINAS Secretariat calls the attention of the Media in Nigeria and various Stakeholders and Commentators, including the Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu, to note that the dangerously charged situation of Nigeria has gone well past the threshold of peddling False Narratives instead of facing the grim realities of the moment.

NINAS Secretariat,

Prof Chukwuma Soludo – The Eagle has landed – Dr Chinweuba

On the 20th March, 2021 at DORA AKUNYILI WOMEN DEVELOPMENT CENTER , AWKA was like the day of PENTECOST, when holy spirit descended on the Apostles of Christ. The Apostles of Prof Cee Cee Soludo made up of twenty four(24) different support groups converged for prayers and unveiling of Soludo Banners under the Chairmanship of Hon Chief Ifeanyi Ibezim ( Ochiagha Idemmili), who presided the occasion in such a way that the reality of Soludo political structure was let loose to the people of Anambra and to Nigerians at large. He described the support groups as a solid political structure that will be difficult to submerge by whatever political heavy weights that come their way.

The Soludo support groups is championed by the able Hon Chinedu Nkemakonam Nwoye, popularly known as Glamour, who is the Chairman of All Soludo support groups (ASSG) and the Convener of Soludo support group( SSG), also the National Coordinator of SSG. Among the 24 support groups of Prof Cee Cee Soludo are; Soludo support group SSG, Soludo solution movement SSM, Youth Earnestly seek Soludo YESS, Anambra Demands Soludo ADS, Great Soludo Patriots GSP, Women initiatives for good governance WIGA, Soludo solidarity forum SSF, Soludo Pioneer SP, Soludo promoters forum SPF, Soludo Soludo 2021 SS2021, Soludo soludofied team SST, Yagaziere Soludo YS, Movement for good governance and conscience MGGC, Soludo for solution network SSN and host of others. Another Sister group United Anambra youth Assembly U-AYA and U-AWA powerfully led by Hon Chief Chinedu Obidigwe.

These groups have been clamoring for Prof Cee Cee Soludo to contest the Governorship of Anambra State since the year 2019. There is no political Ward in Anambra State that one or more of these groups is not found preaching about Prof Soludo to be the Governor of Anambra State. What an unprecedented phenomenon in the history of Nigeria politics. These groups measuring over one million in population have gone into the WILD of Anambra State seeing all the ‘ political birds’ hovering around with different feather colors. They have compared the birds and unequivocally decided to go for the EAGLE.

The Eagle in his very good sight has been soaring overhead for the past 2year doing what I can call ” political consultations”. On the 20th of March, 2021 the clamor from the different groups came to the reality as the chosen Eagle landed in the name of Prof Cee Cee Soludo (ODENIGBO GLOBAL). Prof Soludo in his humility of purpose told the Anambra people that gathered, saying, ” I am here to thank you all for spending your TREASURES, TIME and TALENTS on my behalf for past 2 years now pressuring me to run for Anambra State governorship election, I have accepted, and ready, please send me”. This orchestrated in the tune of the prayer point of one the 4 Priests of the day that said, ‘ Anambra people, search and send’. The masses of the state have searched and now sending Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo to be the Governor of Anambra State come 6th November, 2021. Remember the mouth of masses is the mouth of the gods, our people use to say. What is left now is for everyone of us in Anambra to join the moving train, SOLUDO SOLUTION and to make sure your vote counts.

SOLUDOZIE ANAMBRA STATE.

OPEN LETTER TO MAZI NNAMDI KANU ON THAT UNFORTUNATE MESSAGE TO AGBOGIDI.

OPEN LETTER TO MAZI NNAMDI KANU ON THAT UNFORTUNATE MESSAGE TO AGBOGIDI.

Dear Mazi Nnamdi Kanu,

Our attention has just been drawn to a most unfortunate, irrational and distasteful tweet put out by you on the 21st of March, were you sought to disparage and outrightly disrespect the office and person of the Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Nnaemeka Achebe.

Ordinarily, we would ignore your outburst but due to fact that you have managed to build up a following, it is important that we attempt to clarify issues for the benefit of the many ignorant and gullible persons who are even now reacting to your baseless rants and joining you to insult the revered monarch.

Let’s be clear on something, in that unfortunate tweet, you said “Igwe Achebe, the Obi of Onitsha, MUST not allow his office to be used by #Fulani Janjaweed terrorists in Aso Rock to ferment trouble for #ESN around Onitsha and environs, otherwise it will end in tears for him & his local Miyetti Allah funded vigilante named Onitsha Ado” and by so doing, issued A DIRECT THREAT to Agbogidi and also the Onitsha Vigilante Service and it is now necessary to interrogate the crux of the matter.

1. Are you aware that the Onitsha Vigilante Service has been in existence for the past 19 years? This is way before you ever thought to kickstart the ESN?

2. Can you claim not to be aware that most communities in Igboland have vigilante security settings protecting the lives and properties of their members?

3. Why come on Twitter and lie so brazenly, claiming that a Vigilante Service that pre-existed ESN was set up to ferment trouble for the ESN in Onitsha and it’s environs”?

4. How does equipping an already existing local vigilante service equate to fermenting trouble?

5. Is it not the height of dishonest irrationality to import a convenient lie by claiming that the already existing Onitsha Ado Vigilante Service has the backing of Miyetti Allah?

6. Since when has it become a crime for a monarch to put things in place to safeguard the lives and properties of those living within his domain?

7. Let’s even assume that the Onitsha Ado vigilante service was set up by Agbogidi today, who on Earth gave you the right to question his authority in taking steps to safeguard the lives and properties of people living within his domain?

8. Are we to take it that you are averse to a people taking steps to protect themselves against criminals but would rather embrace a situation where they have a field day at the expense of those living in Onitsha and it’s environs?

9. Does it mean that communities no longer have a right to take urgent steps in protecting themselves in the face of the obvious failure of security agencies in doing the needful?

10. What on earth do you stand to gain if the Onitsha Vigilante Service that has done so much in ensuring peace and order within the metropolis is disbanded?

11. Why have you singled out the Onitsha Vigilante Service for public opprobrium when it is a known fact that every Community within Igboland has their own vigilante service?

12. Is it impossible to imagine that your current baseless rant against the Obi of Onitsha stems from an envy and irrational unwillingness to entertain the prospect of sharing same stage with another voice within the realm, which recently played out when adulations heaped on Agbogidi went viral as a result of him confronting the IGP in defence of Ndigbo?

We can go on and on with our posers but one thing is certain, you are not dumb not to know the sickening effects of your current propaganda antics against the person and people of Onitsha Ado!

You know as well as we all do that you command a following and have managed to instil in them a certain mindset that embraces every word you say wether they are right, wrong, just or unjust!

And so you now deploy this massive platform in a misinformation drive that is not only sickening but actually says a lot about your mindset and motivations for how on Earth can you not see the action of protecting the lives and properties of people as a move worthy of commendation?

As a self styled freedom fighter who ought to know and appreciate the dehumanizing and painful effects of being denied ones rights, it goes against rationality that you are now the one championing the denial of another’s rights in taking steps to protect his people and if you can only come down from that high horse where you apparently now see yourself as an infallible god, whose words must be obeyed, it is important that we tell you the truth of your obvious gaffe irrespective of whose ox is gored or the insults your horde of unthinking supporters are bound to unleash!

You know as well as we do that what you just did is an attempt at basically taking out every voice of authority in Igboland with a view to guaranteeing your place as the only voice in the realm and this would explain your current misguided and intentional outburst against the revered monarch whose only crime is taking FURTHER steps to secure his domain against rampaging evil and unreasonable men.

We must point out that throughout history, you will not be the first human being to not only command a following willing to sacrifice their Ako-Na-Uche (God given brains) on the altar of every word you utter and one would have expected that you’ll see the opportunity presented by your massive platform as one that must be pursued with all sense of humility, decency, discipline and honesty but it would appear that you are gradually falling into the same trap others have fallen into when they erroneously equated the adulations and praises of men to infallibility.

You now sit on your exalted throne, issuing threats and blowing a dog whistle to your mob of unthinking disciples who will now take the “gospel” of debasing and insulting Agbogidi to a whole new level and is it any wonder that your radio Biafra has upped the ante in spinning every lie they can possibly conjure against Agbogidi and the Onitsha Ado vigilante service?

We have taken pains to address you directly because we know you are smart and intentional in your every utterance and we are not under any illusions that your mob would understand this message but we will keep speaking up against this cancer you are gradually spreading across Igbo land.

A cancer where contrary opinions are viewed as anathema and outright threats issued to those who dare confront, appear to confront or interrogate your utterances but we will say it as it is even when it is obvious that you are dancing naked in the market square to the constant adulations of a mob who praise and adore your non existent resplendent robes!

At the rate you are going in seeking to crush by hook or crook, every voice within the realm, it is becoming increasingly obvious that you are advertently or inadvertently becoming that which you rile against because a freedom fighter that actively does everything to deny another his rights to take actions that would protect his people, is no different from the Janjaweed and Fulani he daily calls out.

We must warn that you desist from further denigrating Agbogidi for we are at a loss understanding why you’re intent on destroying his laudable attempts at safeguarding his domain and we’ll have you know that it is not a worthy Igbo trait to be seen insulting your elders, let alone someone as high and revered as the Obi of Onitsha who is old enough to be your grandfather.

If you were not properly trained and schooled on how to address elders, please be aware that true sons and daughters of Anambra will never be part of your current gutter antics which really does not tell well of your breeding and we will not allow you engender a situation of crisis in our dear state which has sofar been fairly peaceful.

We know you currently brim with supreme arrogance and an incredible Messiah complex but like that child who pointedly and rightly raised the issue of the king’s nakedness whilst others applauded his non existent resplendent robes, you need to be told that if you have any modicum of honesty, you should by now use same Twitter platform to tender an unreserved apology to the Obi of Onitsha and his people for that baseless and unwarranted attack.

It is hoped that your arrogance has not reached the stage of men like Hitler or Jim Jones who rather than tell their followers the truth, deployed every despicable means to ensure their stranglehold on their minds.

Ofcourse we all saw how the Guyana Tragedy played out, where a man played god and led his members to their certain death and we are putting the world on notice that should a strand of hair fall off any member of the gallant Onitsha vigilante members or they suddenly are attacked or something untoward happens to them, the world already knows who to hold responsible.

We have equally noted the threats to the life of the revered monarch and have taken both local and International steps to put every necessary authority on notice should you or your agents decide to be unfortunate by acting on your threats.

Let it be known that we are not averse to your agitations but only ask that you extend same courtesy you demand from others because no matter how passionate you feel about your seemingly deified status, you are not God, you do not enjoy a monopoly of wisdom and you certainly have no rights under the sun to imagine you have a right to tell a king how to run his domain.

Like we said earlier, this message is not for your unthinking and predictable mob who we are sure have lost the ability to interrogate facts but must be told by you on how best to think and react which in most cases, end up in insults and threats, but be rest assured that the world has been put on notice of your threats whilst hoping that somewhere in your grey matter, you still retain the ability for deploying commonsense.

Yours Sincerely,

Signed.

AIG Zone 13 Charges His Men To Be Battle Ready

The Assistant Inspector General of Police; Zone-13, Anambra State, AIG Hafiz Mohammed Inuwa, mni has charged commissioners of Police under the zone to employ their men to be more diligent in the discharge of their duties of securing lives and property in their respective jurisdictions. This charge is coming on the heels of the nascent attacks on checkpoints and other Police facilities by unknown gunmen in Anambra State, an emerging criminal action which might extend to the neighbouring states if not fought headlong.

The AIG urged the officers to brace up and respond with superior vigor and morale against the emerging wind of criminalities in the Zone, as playing into their antics by way of abdicating our responsibilities could leave the society vulnerable and a safe heaven for outlaws. He also advised that the Commands embarks on ceaseless raiding of all identified Criminal hideouts so as to flushout all the disgruntled elements.

He advises parents and caregivers to watch their wards closely as all manner of crimes perpetrated in the society sprout through poor child upbringing. He employs citizens to remain law-abiding as the Police is poised to protecting lives and property in the zone, adding that the force would not fold its arms and watch hoodlums wreak havoc on Police lives and property; public facilities or citizens.

He thanks the Governors of Anambra and Enugu States for their continued commitments towards actualising and sustaining a peaceful environment through proper care and attention to the Police even as he reassures them that the Zone will not be reticent in the fight against any form of crime and criminality in the respective states.

AIG. Hafiz, mni charged the Officers to work with their traditional rulers, town union leaders, market leaders, Vigilante groups and various custodians of culture and tradition. On that note, the AIG pleads that they also cooperate with the Police in their respective domains as security is everyone’s business. He also frowned at the manner in which the Officers deliver their services which portrays them as people who are not Crime Fighters, adding that while they take proactive measures in fighting Crime, they should give zero tolerance to Corruption.

He beseeches youths to desist from cultism and allied social vices as these have never done anyone any good as their outcome has always been regrettable.

The AIG, finally reiterates the Zone’s commitment towards safeguarding members of the society, charging them to keep partnering with the Police as all hands are on deck to forestall future criminal occurrences in the Zone.

Yoruba Self -Determination Groups Caution Gov Akeredolu

Ilana Omo Oodua, the umbrella body of Yoruba Self-Determination Groups within and beyond the shores of Nigeria has responded to the threat issued by the Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu that Yoruba People that want Self-Determination should stay clear of his state.

The group, led by a renowned Professor of History, Banji Akintoye, said Akeredolu is entitled to his opinion, stressing that the Governor only spoke for himself, and not the good people of Ondo State.

Ilana Omo Oodua, in a statement made available to Newsmen on Tuesday, said Akeredolu belong to the league of a tiny neo-classical elites who want business to continue as usual in Nigeria because the current structure of the country oils their selfish aggrandizement.

The group said if Akeredolu is sure he speaks for the people of Ondo State, he should allow the one million march for Yoruba Nation being planned by over 100 Yoruba Self-Determination Groups to hold peacefully in Ondo State without unleashing the instrumentalities of terror and state-sponsored commercial thugs on the masses of the state that desires an autonomous Yoruba Nation.

The stern statement, signed by the Homeland Secretary of the group, Basorun Kunle Adesokan and one of its Leaders, Otunba Folashade Olukoya, stated that *the agitation being spare-headed by the Akintoye led Ilana Omo Oodua on behalf of Yoruba people is not that of a plot for secession as erroneously branded by Akeredolu, but a struggle for self-determination*, warning that nothing the Governor and his “oligarchic allies could do to stop an idea whose time has come”.

“We wish to say very clearly that Akeredolu is entitled to his opinion. He has only spoken for himself. If he is sure he speaks for the classical masses of Ondo State, he should ensure that his army of state- induced terrorists allow us to stage our one million march peacefully in Akure, Ondo State capital to prove whether he spoke for Ondo state people or for himself.

“Akeredolu feeds 100% on the commonwealth of Ondo State people. He is a member of the tiny neo-liberal and neo-classical elites who will never support the wishes and aspiration of the masses.

“We saw how he grandstands on the terrorists and murderous herdsmen illegally occupying the forest reserves in his state and we saw how he chickened out to the chagrine of all of us who staked our reputation to defend him.

“Akeredolu has now surrendered the farm lands in Ondo State to the government of Fulani herdsmen while masquerading to be participating in National Livestock Programme.

“He is a definition of a coward who starts a battle he cannot finish. We are aware he traded Ondo people off to avoid being sacked from office through the fulani-dominated Nigerian courts.

*”We are saying for the sake of clarity that what we declared is the sovereignty of Yoruba Nation from Nigeria, and not a secession from Nigeria. We want an autonomous Yoruba Nation.*

“We want to determine how we want to govern our people. We want to control and manage our resources. We want to police and secure the lives and properties of our people.

“We have made our position known. Our agitation for autonomous Yoruba Nation is legally grounded, intellectually rooted and it shall be executed without shedding of blood.

“Akeredolu cannot sit inside the comfort of his office and claimed to be speaking for the people of Ondo State that he has failed to regularly pay their monthly salary, pension .

Stop Sending us to Early Grave- Abia State Pensioners Beg Ikpeazu

No fewer than 500 pensioners have died of curable diseases because of non-payment of the backlog of pension arrears and gratuities, data from Abia State chapter of the Nigeria Union of Pensioners (NUP) reveals.Expectedly, Okezie Ikpeazu’s government contributed immeasurably to these deaths as a large number of fatalities occurred within the last 30 months of his administration.
Statistically, the preventable deaths of Abia pensioners caused by government callousness in the last 30 months averaged 16.6 per cent per month.According to RealmNews, among several government parastatals owed backlog of arrears, Abia State University Teaching Hospital (ABSUTH) pensioners are the most awfully affected with 83 months’ (seven years) outstanding pension.
Post-Primary School, Local Government, State and Primary School pensioners owed between 25 to 38 months’ pension arrears completed the list.
Aside from this backlog of pension arrears, retirees (many dead) were yet to receive their gratuities since 2001 — eighteen years after retirement. Those who retired in 2017 were yet to be enlisted as pensioners adding more twists to the pension conundrum. Some of them are dead.

This negligence and ill-treatment have led to unbearable hardship and unceasing death of our members,” NUP Executives told our correspondent.
ABSUTH pensioners were last paid in December 2014, The Realm News was reliably informed.
Governor Ikpeazu was said to have directed ABSUTH pensioners to go for verification before the payment of their pension commenced but the exercise was abandoned midway.

“It’s one year since the verification exercise was abandoned,” a pensioner said.
A document signed by Elder V. C. Nwogwugwu (ABSUTH) obtained by The Realm News gives the breakdown of pension owed ABSUTH pensioners thus:
November–December 2009         = 2 months
January–December 2010              = 12 months
January–December 2011              = 12 months
January–2012                                  = 1 month
December 2014                              = 1 month
January–December 2015              = 12 months
January–December 2016              = 12 months
January–December 2017              = 12 months
January–December 2018              = 12 months
January–July 2019                          = 7 months
Total                                                 = 83 months

Following hue and cry, Governor Ikpeazu in a press release, PR/DG/DNCA/UA/AS of 26/6/19, underlined the plans of his administration “to ensure pensioners receive two months’ pay in June and another two months in July 2019”.
However, after one month (November 2017) was paid to a handful of pensioners in June 2019, the government reneged and instead directed pensioners to go for verification.
Irked by this objectionable infraction of a gentlemen agreement, the NUP, in a letter to the Head of Service (HOS), dated July 8, 2019, signed by its State Secretary, Dr O. C. Arungwa, pleaded with the government to redeem its promises.

According to the letter, the payment would enable pensioners to transport themselves to the venues designated for the said verification exercise.
“This is the condition that would assuage the frustration of Abia pensioners over the series of unfulfilled promises of government,” the letter read in part.
Upon the receipt, Governor Ikpeazu was said to have summoned the NUP Executives to the Government House, Umuahia, and lashed out at them.

“He told us that he doesn’t care if we protest or not. He said the one month paid to some of us was because of his conscience not the threat of protest,” NUP Executives told our correspondent.
“If you people decided to protest; it cannot change my decision. Nobody can change me, even my father could not despite several beatings when I was a child,” he was quoted to have further said.
After several weeks of anticipation, the NUP in a motion dated July 15, 2019, signed by its State Chairman, Comrade C. N. Udensi and State Secretary, Dr O. C. Arungwa resolved that the Abia State Council of the NUP, though not averse to verification, shall not allow its members to submit themselves for the verification exercise currently being proposed until:

State pensioners left out in the 2017 November arrears of pension have been paid
All Abia pensioners have received at least two months for the end of June 2019 out of the over 20 months’ pension arrears now owed them, as promised by the state governor.
That, however, hasn’t produced any positive result yet but expectations are high on how the government tends to utilise June FAAC allocation it received last week.

Anambra 21: Restoration Time- 24/03/2021

Good morning my people, this is RESTORATION TIME.

Theme: Season of Politics in Anambra
Text: Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

By the grace of God, Ndi Anambra shall be going to the polls on 6th November, 2021 to elect the next governor of the state. The above text explains that there is time for everything. Obviously, we are in the season of politics in the state. We can see many aspirants declaring their interest and what I have observed is that virtually all of them are billionaires. This is a sign that most of our politicians now believe that the highest bidder wins the election. That may be the case in the past but this time we(the people) must change the narrative.
People Restoration Movement (PRM) is here today to organize the people and direct them on the right way to go for the benefit of all. For us, this is the time to educate our people to understand the importance of fixing our politics and the need for us to participate in election. This is time for us in PRM to watch closely all the political parties to know those that lack internal democracy, because PRM will announce to the people to reject any party that produce their flag bearer through fraudulent primary election. This is also time to study, monitor and scrutinize all the aspirants, their manifestos to know who is competent and has the will power to deliver the aspirations of the people. We already have prepared PRM appraisal rating of all aspirants. We are also watching INEC closely and making them to understand that we expect them to always do the right thing.
All these are what is expected of us (the people) in this season. Before we crucify others, we must first do what we should do as a people. Not being indifference or going about praise singing any aspirant. Not time to collect gifts from candidates. This time, we must shun evil. Ndigbo si na agbisi gbaa otule, o muru ako. Our mumu don do!

Repent now and join PRM today as we continue to educate, preach, sensitize and mobilize our people for good governance and freedom. May God help us all in Jesus name, amen.

Emecheta Addresses Press over alleged billboard destruction

Recently, a section of the media was awash with allegations by the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District, Sen. Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Uba that Anambra state Government officials were seen pulling down billboards he allegedly paid for.

In a press briefing to clear the air which was held yesterday, 22nd March, 2021 in Awka, the Managing Director/CEO of Anambra State Signage and Advertising Agency, Chief Jude Emecheta said that the agency does not deal with individuals but advertising firms.

Sir Emecheta pointed out that when Sen. Uba called him concerning the billboards, he redirected him to seek for advert companies which the agency can interface with.

” Billboards are managed by Advertisement Companies with strict supervision by ANSAA to avoid cluster and encumbrances.”

” So, when the firms Dr. Uba contracted came to the agency for approval, they paid for ten adverts and we approved the advertorials but the senator went against the agreed number and erected more than 10.”

” We have requested the agents to come with their manifest and show us where all the boards are and there locations for inspection”

” The board by Nkpor Old Rd is owned by ESMIC LTD.

Speaking further, the Managing Director informed that the Senator still has outstanding with the agency following advertorials he used during his 2019 Anambra South senatorial election.

” We don’t want to run the same scenario we had with him
during his senatorial campaign. Senator Uba paid for only few political adverts but went ahead to flood the whole senatorial district with campaign/political posters. The agency billed him and sent the details to him. Till date, he’s yet to clear same. We cannot tolerate that again”, the MD declared.

In conclusion, Chief Emecheta warned other persons who are seeking to govern Anambra to always follow due process and avoid shortcuts.

APGA Will Rule Anambra Another 16 Years — Ifeanya

The Anambra State Secretary of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Hon. Barr. Tony Ifeanya, has expressed confidence that the ruling party in the state will not only win the November 6 governorship election but will also retain power for another 16 years.

Ifeanya said APGA had a firm grip of the entire state and that the achievements of Governor Willie Obiano were enough to fetch the party victory in the forthcoming governorship election.

The state secretary, who spoke with our correspondent at the party secretariat Awka, maintained that it would be pretty difficult for any other political party to dethrone APGA as the party’s structures across the state were insurmountable.

Ifeanya said, “The truth of the matter is that APGA has a firm grip of the entire state especially now that the governor has done very well. His achievements alone are enough for us to win this election.

“The governor has given Anambra state many legacy projects especially the international cargo passenger airport at Umueri nearing completion.”

According to him, the economic implications of the airport cannot be overemphasized because the facility has opened up the entire Omambala region especially in the areas of job creation, building of houses, hotels, eateries and the like, noting that attention would be shifted to Anambra state when the airport commences operation in no distant time.

Again, Ifeanya mentioned the international conference centre at Agu-Awka, a project he said posterity would eternally be grateful for because it was being built with state of the art facilities and modern day architecture.

He equally recalled that the governor had commissioned Awka township stadium for sporting activities, not to mention the flyover bridges in Awka together with the longest bridge built by Governor Willie Obiano since the creation of Anambra state.

He said the governor’s Community-Choose-Your-Project Scheme had enabled development to trickle down to the hinterlands; that all the 181 communities in Anambra state were beneficiaries of the governor’s 20 million naira rural development grant.

Ifeanya said the governor had disbursed the first and second phases of the 20 million naira community development grant and that the third phase was currently being awaited, adding that no community in Anambra would feign ignorance of government presence.

The APGA scribe also noted that Governor Willie Obiano’s agricultural revolution had increased rice production and also guaranteed food security in the state. He said it was no longer news that Anambra exported bitter leaf, yam as well as other agricultural products.

He equally emphasized that the governor had not defaulted in the payments of salaries and pensions to workers and retirees since he came on board, stressing that it was Governor Obiano who corrected the erroneous impression that pensioners were dead woods
