Countdown On The 90- Day Notice To FGN

THE 42-STATE PROPOSITION BY ONE AYO AKINFE IN WHICH THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY WILL CREATE FEDERATING REGIONS FOR NIGERIA IS DEAD ON ARRIVAL- NINAS, March 8; 2021.

Following a flurry of enquiries from anxious members of the Public, the Joint Secretariat of NINAS wishes to inform the General Public that the 42-State Proposition being circulated as the Restructuring kite being flown by the National Assembly, is by one Ayo Akinfe and not the National Assembly of Nigeria as being peddled.

The timing of this most dubious Proposition thrown up amidst the Countdown on the 90-Day Notice of Grave Constitutional Grievances issued by Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination (NINAS) is clearly targeted at obfuscating the issues raised by the Joint Multi-Regional NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure Proclamation and at confusing the General Public.

At a time a vast majority of well-informed individuals across Nigeria agree and acknowledge that the totally unwieldy 36-State Structure of Nigeria is unsustainable, and at a time the Constituent Component Blocs of Nigeria which are fed up with the Unitary Union of Death Nigeria has become for their Peoples make their way to the exit door, this Proposition of a 42-State Structure emerges as one of those untenable propositions commissioned by the Proprietors of One-Nigeria who are still trying desperately to evade once more the Inescapable Sovereignty Question that has been evaded by the Proprietors of Apartheid Nigeria since the 1967 demise of the Federation of Nigeria.

NINAS completely rejects any Proposition that is anchored upon the Structures that were imposed by Decrees and Brigandage since 1967, especially the arbitrarily carved out “States” as Federating Units for the Nigerian Federation, just as we (NINAS) reject the current Imposed Unitary Constitutional Order as Basis of the Distressed Nigerian Union.

Any Proposition that does not recognize the Sovereignty of the Constituent Ethnic Nations of Nigeria as the basis of FEDERATING from the base is Dead on Arrival, especially if it seeks to arrogate to the National Assembly, the Power to Negotiate the Sovereignty of the Peoples of Nigeria, like this 42-State Proposition unabashedly and unmistakably does.

The Union Dispute raised by NINAS via the December 16, 2020 Constitutional Force Majeure Proclamation, clearly spells out what the issues are and what the Appropriate Remedies are both in CONTENTS and PROCESS, especially with the express adoption and incorporation of the November 16, 2018 “OPEN MEMORANDUM TO PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI ON THE RESTRUCTURING DEBATE” which provides details of the Start-To-Finish Procedure for Undertaking the Inevitable Fundamental Reconstruction of the Damaged Constitutional Basis of Nigeria within the context of the Inalienable Rights of the Constituent Component Nationalities of the Defunct Federation of Nigeria to Self-Determination.

For the avoidance of doubt, let it be understood that the Legislative Mandate of the National Assembly of Nigeria does not extend to Constitution-Making and the National Assembly itself has openly admitted this much only recently; therefore any Proposition premised on what the National Assembly will do by way of Amendments or Doctrine of Necessity is Illiterate, Ignorant or Dishonest.

Pointing to the National Assembly as venue for the Resolution of the Sovereignty Question being raised across Nigeria is like trying to build a house from the roof instead of the foundation. The National Assembly itself is a product of the Fraudulent 1999 Constitution and therefore a part of the Problems that Nigeria has to solve now.

Some of the Key Questions that must now be answered by the current Proprietors of Nigeria include:

(1) When did WE, the Constituent Component Nationalities of Nigeria submit our Sovereignties, Peoples and Assets into the Nigerian Union as Claimed in the Preamble to the 1999 Constitution?

(2) When did WE “make, enact and give to ourselves” the 1999 Constitution as claimed in the Preamble to that Constitution?

(3) How did WE come about the 36-State/774 LG Structure of Nigeria that threw up the atrociously skewed National Assembly of Nigeria that has imposed a permanent political majority status on a numerical minority stranger population?

(4) How did WE arrive at the 68-Item Federal Exclusive Legislative List that hijacked and confiscated into the hands of Rogue Federal Government, the Key Economic Assets and Powers of the Defunct Federating Regions of Nigeria with a further 30-Item Concurrent Legislative List that completely subjugates the so-called States of Nigeria to the rapacious Federal Government even in those Concurrent Matters?

Whoever wishes to understand the weighty issues at stake should find the time to read in full, the December 16, 2020 CFM Proclamation as well as the aforementioned November 16, 2018 OPEN MEMORANDUM TO THE PRESIDENT on the Restructuring Debate written on behalf of the LNC and it’s MNN Alliance Partners that birthed the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination in December 2018. (Guardian Newspapers of November 18, 2018 reported the November 16, 2018 Open Memorandum).

Let us realize that the issues at stake are matters of life and death representing grave existential threats to the Indigenous Peoples of Nigeria especially in the South and Middle Belt (Alliance Territory) now confronted by an undisguised Ethnic Cleansing Onslaught from an Invading Heavily Armed Fulani Militia masquerading as “Herdsmen” with the open Collusion of the Illicit, Caliphate-Owned “Federal Government” of Nigeria.

These are therefore not mere academic exchanges for the purpose of debate. Let us please be guided accordingly.

Anambra 2021: We Need A Governor Who Will Fix Our Politics-Anaenugwu

Many people on the street do not understand why they are poor. Why there is no employment or you must know somebody to be employed. Why husband is a scarce commodity. Why many families are crisis. Why there is no electricity. They resort to miracle centres for God’s intervention. Churches have grown in exponential proportion to economic growth. In fact, there is inverse relationship between church growth and economic growth.

The people on the street do not know that certain systems were designed to discourage hardwork and encourage laziness immediately after the civil war. We are just dancing round a circle without any positive progression. Many elders lamented about Nigeria systems until they died. The lamentation has continued . Tufiakwa! I will not pass the lamentation to my children. Our current unproductive systems designed to keep Nigeria as one united country are collapsing. It is either Nigeria is restructured or it will disappear. This is a fact and we know it.

We want to elect a governor in Anambra state who will be bold to lead the crusade that will fix our politics. The future of Igbo nation is at stake. The future of our children is at stake. This is no time for playing money politics . We must play politics of survival.

BLOCKADE ON FOOD SUPPLIES FROM NORTH TO SOUTH-A Blessing- ASETU

We have noted with great delight the statements by some Northern groups in which they threatened to end the supply of food items to our land. We are also aware that MACBAN and other foodstuffs and cattle dealers’ associations in the North have begun to grapple with enforcing these threats. What is really exciting about this move by the North is that it has helped the plan of Ndigbo through ASETU to attain total self-sufficiency in food production, and it will certainly within a short time put a stop to the capital flight caused by the imperialism of the Northern agro-cartels in Igboland.

It is now important to openly inform Ndigbo that the agricultural components of the Aku Ruo Ulo Investment Initiative which ASETU launched in 2020 are now in full swing. To attain food security and sufficiency in protein production, we have since flagged off pilot piggery projects in the five States of the South East, and with species which mature within a short period, Igboland will very soon export pork to the world. We are also making investments in mechanized crop production, cattle ranching and poultry.

All the Presidents-General of Town Unions in the communities have been mandated to coordinate these efforts in line with the framework which ASETU has since released. The target is to encourage the steady and seamless repatriation of Igbo wealth back home, thereby unleashing the potentials in all the sectors of the local economy and facilitate job and wealth creation for our people through the various value chains.

We also enjoin all Igbo people in the Diaspora and in the other parts of Nigeria to reach out to their Presidents-General to know the areas of comparative advantage within their localities into which investible capital can be funneled.

The blockade on food supplies to Igboland by the North cannot make us cower, or shake or scamper for help. We prepared for it, and it has aided the materialization of our initiative and fast-tracked our agenda which is to harvest home our wealth and make our land an oasis of prosperity among the Black Race.

Chief Emeka Diwe

Middle Belt Nationalities Disown Core North On Food Blockage

The attention of Middle Belt Forum has been drawn to a call by some group of people calling for block of food supply to the southern part of the country and hereby state as follows!!–

All ethnic Nationalities within the Middle Belt region comprising of youths, Farmers, Traders Artisans e.t.c from Benue, Kogi, Taraba, Plateau, Nassarawa, Adamawa, Southern Borno, Southern Kaduna, Southern Bauchi, Southern Yobe, Kebbi, Niger, Kwara, and FCT Abuja have disassociated themselves from attempts and call by some disgruntled elements to block food supply to the Southern part of the country. The call is laughable, trash, nonsense in its entirety and unacceptable.

We from the Middle Belt region of Nigeria shall continue to transact, do trade with and supply abundant food items to our Southern brothers who are so dear to us.

No amount of blackmail shall force us to part away from YORUBAS, IBOS IJAWS, BINIS, IBIBIOS and others. Let it be known to this group that the era of divide and rule by the so called core north is over, completely buried and gone for good. such cannot be tolerated any longer. we no longer accept deceit and lies from anybody.

The Forum unequivocally advised those who are championing and supporting the call to rethink and desist from further making such an empty treat that will not augour well for them and their sponsors.

On this note therefore, The Forum warned that it will not accommodate or tolerate such reckless statement from any quarter and asked this group to stare clear of Middle Belt geographical territories. Middle Belt is not part of the north and Middle Belt region is capable and can feed the entire Nigeria including the so called core north. infact, BENUE and KOGI alone can feed the entire Nigeria twenty Four calender months. their dubious intention will be meet with stiff resistance. how on earth do you cut supply of what you don’t have or what you don’t produce?

The Forum is also asking this elements to be careful as not to jeopardise the already existing good, harmonious working relationship with our Southern brothers. we will not live any stone unturned to make sure we continue to maintain the existing good and cordial relationship with our Southern brothers.

The Forum is equally calling on all our Southern brother and sisters to remained calm and ignore all the noise and rumours been pendling or making around and remained focused as they pursue their legitimate businesses.

God Bless Middle Belt Forum

God Bless Nigeria

Thank You
