The Southern and Middle Belt Leaders’ Forum (SMBLF) has insisted that presidency should rotate to the South and reiterated its demand for restructuring restructuring of the country.
This was contained in a communique issued at the end of a meeting of the Southern and Middle Belt Leaders’ Forum held on Thursday, 13th January, 2022.
The communique was signed by Chief Dr. E. K. Clark, leader of the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), Chief Ayo Adebanjo, leader of Afenifere, Prof. George Obiozor, President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, and Dr. Pogu Bitrus, the National President of Middle Belt Forum.
SMBLF stated, amongst other things, that the Nigerian Constitution and Structure are grossly flawed and lopsided, hence the need for the a new Constitution that would ensure equity, fairness and justice.
The Forum noted that the northern part of the country will have fully exhausted its turn at shot of the office of the Presidency of the country for the full statutory period of 8 years by 2023.
Therefore, it said, the presidency should rotate to the South.

President, Major General Muhammdu Buhari (retd.); and National Leader, All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, during Tinubu’s visit at the State House, Abuja… on Monday. Photo: State House.
The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, says he has informed the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) of his decision to run for the office of President in 2023.
Tinubu revealed this to State House correspondents on Monday after a private meeting with Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
However, the APC leader said he had yet to publicly disclose his ambition as he was still in consultations with various interest groups across the country.
Tinubu’s meeting with the President came days after he (Buhari) declared in a televised interview that he would not divulge his favourite for the APC 2023 presidential ticket.
Asked if he had officially informed Buhari about his ambition to run, the APC leader said, “I answer that with a categorical yes. I’ve informed the President of my intention, but I have not informed Nigerians yet. I’m still consulting. And I have no problem consulting. And I’ve not set a parameter of limitation to the extent of how many people I will consult.
“You will soon hear; all you want to hear is the categorical declaration. You’ve got that truth from me that I have informed Mr President of my ambition, and you don’t expect more answers than that.”
The former Lagos State Governor also revealed that the President did not advise him to drop his ambition.
“He is a democrat. He didn’t ask me to stop. He didn’t ask me not to attempt and pursue my ambition. It is a lifelong ambition. So, why do I expect him to say more than that? You are running a democratic dispensation, and you must adopt the principles and the values and virtues of democracy. That’s it,” he said.
When asked about his potential race for the APC ticket with the Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo; for whom many groups have been mobilising support, Tinubu revealed that, as former Governor of Lagos State, he possessed the capacity, confidence and vision to “rule” the country.
“I don’t want to discuss individuals now. I must discuss myself. I have the confidence, the vision, the capacity to rule, build on the foundation of Mr President, and turn Nigeria better. I have done that with commitment in Lagos State.
“You’ve seen that experience and the capacity to turn things around, and that is what we are doing. You know, the confusion and drift of the past in the PDP (Peoples Democratic Party) are being corrected. And you can’t take away from that. As we are today, go back to the data on how many barrels of oil were we producing when we first came in and what it is today? Even at the time we came in, we did not pay the counterpart funds to start our rail line.
“Today, you enjoy the comfort of having rail from Lagos to Ibadan. You have the Kaduna and the one for Kano State on the aggressive pipeline; you see excellent infrastructure. I just came from Azare, and I have seen good roads. The carnage of dying in vehicles is reducing except for the lack of compliance by many Nigerian drivers. Let us think back. Let us be intellectually inquisitive as to the past and the present and what the future holds for Nigeria,” he said.
On the purpose of his visit to the State House, Tinubu said he came to see the President on general issues concerning Nigeria, the APC, security, the achievements recorded so far under the Buhari regime and the New Year agenda.
The Presidential hopeful, who declined to reveal his plans for the country should he become President, said he also discussed direct primaries, the APC convention and reacted to those advising him to remain a kingmaker rather than gun for the throne.
On December 19, 2021, The PUNCH reported that the Director-General of Voice of Nigeria urged Tinubu to shelve his presidential ambition and instead unit the party and maintain his role as kingmaker.
Okechukwu, a founding member of the APC, advised Tinubu to back a younger candidate from the South-East in line with the zoning convention.
In his reaction, the APC National Leader said, “I have never seen the cap of a kingmaker before. That is the truth. And I’ve never seen where it is written in the rule book anywhere in any country that a kingmaker cannot be a king unless you commit murder.
“So, whatever you attribute is your own opinion. Me, I want to pursue my ambition without the title of a kingmaker. You can write your literature and your story based upon your own perception.”
On the electoral amendment bill which President Buhari recently withheld assent to, Tinubu said, “First of all, the National Assembly and the President must be encouraged to review and review again. Whatever they come up with as electoral amendment is what we must comply with.
“There is no unlimited elasticity in what we face because we have to plan and plan well and be able to manage time effectively. The great roadmap to success is the ability of a leader to do what he must do at the right time that it should be done.
“That to me is the electoral amendment point, we will still look at that collectively. And it is our country. It’s our democracy. We have adopted it, and we will push it rigorously.”
He also affirmed that the APC National Convention would certainly hold, but gave no definite date saying, “I’m not a spokesperson for the party. And the President is the leader of the party. So, expect convention, maybe if that’s added to your own anxiety, or the other party’s anxiety is good for us. We get it, and we’ll get it done properly.”
The Chairman of the South-West Governors’ Forum, Mr Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN), who is also the Ondo State Governor, did not respond to calls or a text message on Monday. The Spokesman for the APC, Mr John Akpan Udo-Edehe, also did not respond to a text message.
Meanwhile, the Progressives’ Solidarity for Asiwaju on Monday described the former governor of Lagos State as a uniting force who deserves to be the President of Nigeria.
The group stated that it was ready to rally enough support for the former governor.
A Co-Convener of the group, Adewale Adenaike disclosed this in an interview with The PUNCH on Monday.
Adenaike in an interview with The PUNCH said, “Asiwaju is a uniting force who deserves to be the president of this country. We are conducting a world press conference this week to address everything that needs to be addressed. Our group is present in all the states of the Federation and even outside Nigeria.
“We are also ready to mobilise support for him and we are sure Nigerians will come out and vote for him”.
Tnubu’s presidential ambition not rooted in equity, justice, he has added to crises in Nigeria –Ohanaeze
But the apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation Ohanaeze Ndigbo described the declaration of Tinubu to contest the Presidency in 2023 as against the rules of natural justice as unfortunate.
It regretted that the former Lagos State Governor had chosen to add to the crisis of Nigeria instead of joining hands with patriots to save the corporate existence of the country.
The spokesman for the Igbo apex body, Chief Alex Ogbonnia, who spoke to one of our correspondents while reacting to the Tinubu’s formal declaration, said, “It is an assertion rooted in history and experience that any project that is not supported by justice and equity will not succeed.
Ogbonnia said Tinubu knew that he was doing the wrong thing, embarking on a project that was not rooted in equity, justice and fair play.
He said “It is a project that is dead on arrival. Because God is a universal entity that he is always interested in truth, fairness and equity. So for anybody embarking on anything that is not rooted in equity and justice will not succeed and this is a countervailing force that has sustained this world from the beginning.
“So Tinubu knows that he is embarking on a cause that has no foundation in anything: foundation in equity and justice, and of course is a project that will not succeed.”
Ohanaeze spokesman, however, said it was very unfortunate that Tinubu had decided to add to the crisis in Nigeria, adding “because there is this collective conscience that has been guiding this country. The collective conscience is to culturally determine what is right and what is wrong and to pursue the one that is right and ignore the one that is wrong.
But all the same, those who have really gone against the convention has often lost, you know at a point General Sani Abacha wanted to continue but he lost; Goodluck Jonathan ran against the current he lost any other person that tries to go against the convention and the current will always lose it. Mr Tinubu is working across purposes with the foundations of this country – foundation rooted in equity and justice.
“He knows that this is the turn of the Igbo and instead of supporting for the Igbo to emerge for peace to reign, for the corporate existence of Nigeria to remain intact, he decided adding to the problem and crisis. So for one to succeed as a matter of facts, patriots should consider the collective interest – the group interest more than self-interest. But in this case now Tinubu is more interested in self-interest. He considered self-interest above group interest or corporate existence of Nigeria. And that is selfishness at its height and any country that has such people is always in problem.
“Ohanaeze’s position is that Tinubu knows that he is doing the wrong thing. He is embarking on a project that is not rooted in equity, justice and fair play, and is against the common current of the conscience of the people and to that extent he will surely lose.”
A one-time military Governor of Ondo State, Chief Olabode George, has described the presidential ambition of All Progressives Congress (APC) leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, as a huge joke.
Chief George who’s also a former national vice-chairman in the southwest zone of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, said this during a chat with The PUNCH on Monday while reacting to Tinubu’s decision to inform the President, Muhammadu Buhari, of his intention to contest.
This so-called ambition must be a huge joke. The Presidency of Nigeria is not for characters like Bola Tinubu. Look at how he mismanaged the resources of Lagos State. It is surprising that he can even dream of becoming the President of Nigeria. He is living in cuckoo land,” said George.
The PDP chieftain said Tinubu would be shocked by how things will go and how he will be double-crossed by those he is trusting.
George said the South-West had quality leaders who could produce the next President of Nigeria. He, however, said Tinubu was not one of them.
He said it would be an insult for the South-West, which is the most sophisticated region in the country, to settle for Tinubu.
George also said it was unfortunate that a hallowed ground like the Presidential Villa would be the location for Tinubu to declare his ambition.
Tinubu, who was governor of Lagos State, informed Buhari that he would want to contest in next year’s election.
The former governor lamented that he was tired of being a kingmaker and it was time to actualise his dream.
The news of a letter written by the Ijaw nationalist, Chief E.K. Clark, to former president Chief Olusegun Obasanjo , and the latter’s reply have dominated online news platforms in this yuletide season.
Clark in his letter condemned in strong terms Obasanjo’s position that the oil in the Niger Delta belonged to Nigeria. So insistent was Obasanjo on this point that he continuously interrupted Chief Clark’s representatives at a recent meeting, frustrating their every attempt to argue to the contrary, including having to bang the table in anger!
It was quite impressive that nature conspired to have the two elder statesmen “quarrel” in public; two elders who traced their management of the affairs of Nigeria to when they first met 46 years ago in Gowon’s government, in 1975. That providence chose a period as this, just before a new year, heralding another round of futile political activities to vote in new sets of homo sapiens to manage and twist our destinies as it suit their whims; show indeed that nature and the gods are wise.
While not interested in joining issues or taking sides with either of the elderly chiefs, I would simply identify four (4) salient age-long misconceptions which have now resurfaced following the eye openers from the open letters.
1. Nigeria is a Shame of a Federation
Nigeria purports to be a federation but in her actions, she is everything but one. The country has continued as a unitary state in line with Aguiyi Ironsi’s Decree 34 of 1966. This same clause has been disguised and sneaked into Section 44(3) of the 1999 Constitution while the leaders carry about with the toga of a “Federal Republic”.
I was appalled by the instance cited by Chief Obasanjo in the event of oil being discovered on his Ota Farm in future: “If any mineral is found under the ground on my farm, Federal Government will ask the State Government to revoke my C of O for overriding public interest… The Federal Government would issue licence to any company that had been allocated the right to mine the mineral. It would not matter what I grow on the farm, and what development I have carried out…”
There are roughly 25 countries operating federal constitutions in the world. They include some of the largest and most complex democracies – India, the US, Brazil, Germany, Mexico, Belgium, Russia, Canada, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia and others. Chief Obasanjo should have mentioned one such federation which hijacks the resources of its federating units, siphons them to the capital, drops them on the laps of the Commander-in-Chief, and then shares the booties as bonanza to those around the corridors of power, as does Nigeria.
And the fact that he could so defiantly and confidently use his Ota Farm example as a proud instance of how Nigeria carries on, reveals how ignorant our supposed leaders and elders are on the ideal global standards of managing a society of a heterogeneous nature as Nigeria.
2. The Niger Delta Refers to No One but to Flora and Fauna
The term Niger Delta is a language of colonialism and imperialism. Colonialists adopt such anonymous names to undermine the true identities of those they wish to colonise. It is a Machiavellian strategy to format indigenous peoples’ memories and render them rudderless, confused and empty.
The terms “Gold Coast”, “Ivory Coast”, “Nigeria” (Niger-Area), etc. are such imperial nomenclatures. The term “Niger Delta” describes the flora and fauna, and the vegetation of a place within the Nigerian enclave; never the peoples therein. Oil therefore does not belong to the “Niger Delta”.
There are authentic national groups in that region to whom the oil belong, and any attempt to anonymise them through using inconsequential tags such as “Niger Deltans”, “South-southerns” is an injury that reaches to the soul.
The Urhobo, Itsekiri, Isoko, Ijaw, Ogoni, Kalabari, Efik, Ibibio, etc. are the owners of the oil. The term Niger Delta is nebulous and imprecise and has been used as an instrument of deception both by outsiders and their accomplice from within to loot the region dry and do much harm to the peoples. The story of the NDDC and its fainting dramatists is just one of such instances of the ridicule and damage such anonymity can lead to.
Chief E.K. Clark must now also learn to speak for his Ijaw and Urhobo peoples rather than carrying about as a voice of the Niger Delta. The Urhobo and Ijaw are peopled nations with a history, identified territory and boundaries, language and a psychological trait. These four qualities are the indices that qualify any people for independent statehood anywhere in the world. The English, French, Spanish, etc have no more than these.
The term Niger Delta represents no one. Even Nigeria represents no one. Nigeria has no territory, no resources, no people, no culture, no language. It appropriates the peoples, cultures, languages, resources, etc. of the authentic national groups within her enclave and claims these as hers. This realisation alone suffices to show that Nigeria is simply a passing phase to a future bliss.
3. In Praise of ”Tribesmen” over “Statesmen”.
One of Obasanjo’s admonition to his fellow elderly colleague was to strive to be a statesman rather than a tribesman. Hear him: “I fear God and I respect those who respect themselves and I hope it is about time you change from a tribesman to a statesman of character”.
The term “tribesman” is a derogatory colonial concept used to intimidate victims towards submission to a supposed more authentic identity. It is a term chosen to denigrate a stubborn patriot who insist on being true to his identity. The coloniser’s objective is to ridicule the victim to submission into an artificial inauthentic identity, which ultimately alienates and uproots him/her from his/her God given identity. When the mission succeeds, the alienated individual is then “honoured” with the sweet-sounding tag “statesman”.
The statesman connotes for us a sad reminder of yesterday’s colonial hangovers that must be expunged. He is an either-or, neither-nor, confused and alienated individual tormented by a crisis of identity.
A fundamental problem created by the colonisers in Africa was the deliberate attempt at the annihilation of the peoples’ culture through the creation of artificial state superstructures misconceived as nations and superimposed on the true, authentic nations which had developed socio-historically and to which the patriotism of the people naturally belonged.
By convincing the indigenous peoples to accept that it was possible to transfer this patriotism – a task which they knew was practically impossible – from the true natural societies to the artificially created ones, they sowed the seeds which have turned out to become our albatross in Africa.
The strategy was to refer to those successfully deceived as “statesmen”, and those who stubbornly refused to cave in as “tribesmen”.
This is the reason in erstwhile colonised societies like Nigeria which have failed to overcome their colonial structures and disadvantages, nation destruction is taken for nation building, and culture annihilation for culture development. Or how else do you describe a situation where we are admonished, even compelled to embrace the abstract at the expense of the concrete? Who can point to anything as a Nigerian culture outside the sum total of the cultures of the peoples on whose aboriginal territories the artificial superstructure is imposed?
We engage in a callous murder of culture whenever we play down on our Urhoboness, Isokoness, Ijawness, Igboness, Yorubaness, etc. in favour of a Nigerianess that hangs in the air. And we are encouraged to do so because a titillating award of “statesman” is promised us, as opposed to the belittling one of “tribesman”.
It is laughable to hear people make such statements as being “detribalized Nigerians” thinking themselves to be true “national patriots”. Far from being the case, any one who claims to be detribalized has in essence only succeeded in placing himself at a level below that of the human and one closer to that of the lower animals.
For in going with the Darwinian theory of evolution or the Marxist materialist conception of historical evolution, what essentially distinguished man from the rest of the animal kingdom was the gradual, strenuous but successful development of the second sound signal system (language). One who has lost this invaluable product of the labours of his ancient forebears or who claims to have done so just for some mundane pedestrian pursuits only succeeds in placing himself in a position where he deserves to be pitied.
It does not detract from the argument if it is posited that what is meant is that such professed “detribalized Nigerians” only claim to put tribal considerations aside while on “national assignments”. Every right thinking person observes the law of self-preservation as the first law of nature. Even Jesus of Nazareth claimed to be sent to the nation of Israel and considered it not right for the bread meant for the children to be given to dogs.
International organisations such as the European Union struggle because the average European is not willing or ready to assume a secondary supra identity alongside his primary identity and attachment to his immediate nation his tribe. And whenever there are clashes of interest, they simply walk away from the imposed secondary identity as did the English with the European Union this year.
A man who has no preference for self, for his people and for his linguistic group; or who claims not to, has simply lost the sense of his history and humanity and is not fit to live. The Germans, French, English, Italians, etc, all love their nations and are very proud of their language and autochthonous identity and could never claim to be detribalized. The First and Second World Wars was fought strictly on the basis of linguistic affiliation. Despite the destruction and losses that accompanied it, it led to the emancipation of oppressed peoples locked within empires such as in the Balkans.
4. Beyond Reform: The Time to Unbundle the Nigerian Empire is Now
Chief Obasanjo’s final admonition to his colleague in his letter states: “I believe that we should be reformists rather than being pedantic with leave it or take-it attitude. Together, I also believe Nigeria can be fixed and mended for the benefit of today and tomorrow on the basis of give and take… Reform is a continuous exercise but relatively slow in achieving results. Revolution for sea-change may rarely happen and then we may continue to languish in frustration and regret with dire judgment for posterity…”
It is heartwarming that Chief Obasanjo alludes to the two equal measures of social engineering and transformation viz reform and revolution. It is also understandable that he appears to approve of reforms, and loathes revolutions apparently because of the latter’s uncertain outcomes and the inconveniences that may follow with them.
What the Chief failed to note is that pulling down colonial frameworks and structures is a non-negotiable prerequisite for the emancipation of peoples and the emergence of nation-states; and it is only within these nation-states, having homogeneity of culture and psychological trait, is progress and development guaranteed. More significantly, history has revealed conclusively that only through revolutions do nation-states emerge out of suppressive and reprehensive empires.
Revolutions preceed reforms. Empire builders and managers are inclined to maintain the status quo because it suits their whims and caprice. Oppressed peoples within empires would be inclined to seek for freedom through a restructure, or at least a reconsideration of the terms of the association. The calamitous clash that results from these diametrically opposed positions is what is referred to as “revolutions” or “wars” or “deadly quarrels”.
Nigeria is an empire that must have to be unbundled. The Roman Empire was pulled down and thereafter the European Nation States were birthed. Following this achievement through revolution, reforms were initiated beginning with the withdrawal of the Latin language of Roman colonisation, and thus begun a translation of literary works to German, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese etc. The Roman Church was rejected giving way to the Church of England, The Lutheran Church of Germany, etc.
The Ottoman Empire lasted 600 years and collapsed. Out of it emerged what is now Bulgaria, Egypt, Greece, Hungary, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel and Macedonia.
The Austro-Hungarian Empire collapsed and out of it emerged Austria, Hungary, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia.
Czechoslovakia further collapsed and out of it emerged the Czech Republic and Slovekia.
Yugoslavia collapsed and out of it emerged Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, Kosovo.
The USSR also collapsed and out of it emerged 15 Republics – Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Belorussia, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan etc.
Africa has remained underdeveloped, backward, chained, because she has refused to toe the path of others – to unbundle all the Lugard-like experiments all over the continent and reorganize her political entities according to culture, language, psychological trait and history. The excuse has been that revolutions are too risky to undertake, so we settle for ‘reforms’. But revolutions preceed reforms. You do not administer a reformatory antidote to a disease that require a revolutionary measure, and expect a perfect remedy.
The Yoruba nation, Urhobo nation, Igbo nation, Ijaw nation, must all emerge and exist independently for there to be any experience of progress as we see elsewhere in the world. Haven attained this, reforms will then be introduced. They will have all literary works translated to their autochthonous languages, and adopt same as medium of instruction in schools. Their cultures and beliefs would then serve as the “grundnorm” on the basis of which their individual nation’s constitutions would be written.
(This article is in response to a recent exposé regarding the Fulani Agenda of Conquest over Nigeria dating back to 1804 as revealed by a British Naval Intelligence Officer Captain Hugh Bain Clapperton in 1822)
Here is the text of the aforementioned exposé as currently being circulated in January of 2022:
“The Soccatoo (later Sokoto) caliphate’s agenda was first revealed in 1822 to Captain Hugh Bain Clapperton of the British Naval intelligence who arrived in Soccatoo in March of that year following his appointment as the British military attaché to Soccatoo caliphate as it was then known and spelt by the first Sultan Mohammed Bello who was a Great great grandfather of Alhaji Sir Ahmadu Bello, Premier of the Northern Region. He said to Clapperton, “God has given me all the land of the infidel” repeating his father Usman Dan Fodio Bin Fudiye’s political “jihad” war cry, “Take their houses, take their land for God has given me all the land of the infidel”. Clapperton arrived in Soccatoo five years after his death in April 1817 and spoke to his son, warriors and followers. It is documented in the Travels and Discoveries of Captain Clapperton, Major Dixon Denham and Dr Walter Oudney in the soudan, published in 1830. Available at the British library, 4th floor, Rare books and music section, Euston Road, Kings Cross. This was the reason why the Colonial Secretary Oliver Lyttleton later Lord Chandos proposed a confederation at the independence negotiations which took place at Lancaster House on the 31st of July 1953 and warned during the conference that “it is the presence of the British that is keeping Nigeria together, let nobody forget this”, but the Southern protectorate of Nigeria’s negotiators forgot and jettisoned the statement/assertion instantly. Chief Awolowo response, “As far as myself and my party are concerned, we shall subsume our differences for freedom, when we get freedom, we shall thrash out the details later”. Sadly, the freedom never arrived and therefore independence in the Southern protectorate was just an illusion/mirage. We are paying the price. At the negotiation conference, Chief Akanbi Olabode Thomas Barrister at Law and Deputy leader of the Action group warned the members of the delegation, ” awon people yi o kin se ara wa, e je ki won ma lo”, but he was a lone voice. He died in mysterious circumstances a few months later in November 1953.”
Here is the Response of Tony Nnadi:
“I begin by stating that there is nothing contained in the exposé above that Chief Anthony Enahoro who in 1953, moved the First Motion for Nigeria’s Independence, did not tell me in course of years of working with him in both PRONACO (2005-2006) and MNN 2006, in which we were Co-Conveners. Chief Enahoro was the Chief-Plaintiff (along with other Plaitiffs including Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, Bishop Bolanle Gbonigi, Chief C.C Onoh, Prof Wole Soyinka, Prince Tanimose Bankole Oki, SAN; and others) in the first of the two Lawsuits we filed 2007 and 2009, to challenge the LEGITIMACY of the 1999 Constitution at the Abuja and Lagos Divisions of the Federal High Court of Nigeria on Grounds of Forgery and Fraud.
The onerous task of Filing and Leading the Prosecution of these Suits, particularly the one in Abuja, fell on me and the Suit Numbers are: FHC/ABJ/CS/367/07 for the Abuja Division and FHC/L/CS/558/09 for the Lagos Division. Prince Tanimose Bankole-Oki (SAN) at 90, personally led the one in Lagos until he passed on.
It is pertinent to note that it was the difficulties arising from the defeat of Enahoro’s 1953 Motion for Independence by Northern Delegates that Prompted the July 1953 Lancaster House Negotiations mentioned in the Exposé.
Let it be clearly understood that the Title Deed by which the entire Estate called Nigeria is currently owned, held and managed, is the 1999 Constitution.
The Joint Repudiation Actions of the Indigenous Owners of the Vast Estate has Defeated that bogus Title Deed.
This Defeat of that Bogus Title Deed also translates to the Defeat of the Caliphate’s Stranglehold over Nigeria and unless something miraculous happens to re-infuse life back into the Dead 1999 Constitution, the end is here for that Caliphate Strangulating Hold over the Nightmare the World calls “Nigeria” after over 200 Years of the Hallucination of Uthman Dan Fodio in the early 1800s which was reinforced by the Failed Lugardian Experiment of 1914 christened : “Amalgamation” and embellished by the 1960 Mission Statement and Battle Script of Ahmadu Bello in which he declared to his lieutenants in the week after Nigeria’s Independence in 1960 that:
“The New Nation Called Nigeria should be an Estate of our Great-Grandfather, Uthman Dan Fodio. We Must Ruthlessly Prevent a Change of Power. We Use the Minorities of the North as Willing-Tools and the South as a Conquered Territory; Never Allow them u Rule over us and Never Allow them have Control over their Future” (Reported in Parrot Newspaper of October 12, 1960).
Let it be known that “the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria” represents the Full Implementation of this Ahmadu Bello Mission Statement and Battle Script of 1960, both in CONTENT and PROCESS OF EMERGENCE, if we trace things to the May 29, 1962 Unconstitutional Suspension of the Constitution of the then Western Region of Nigeria by the Caliphate-Led Federal Government of Nigeria (It was a well-known fact that the then Premier of Northern Region, Ahmadu Bello was, behind the scene, the Boss and Principal of Nigeria’s Prime Minister, Tafawa Balewa, who was the Head of the Federal Government that did the said unconstitutional act).
Let it also be known that the Caliphate monster confronting us today is the materialization of both the aforementioned Uthman Dan Fodio Vision which informed the Ahmadu Bello Mission.
The Coup of January 15, 1966 and the Counter-Coup of July 29, 1966 have their roots in the altercations arising from the aforementioned series of events that date back to the early 1950s as the British Colonial Reign entered its twilight.
The Success of the Decisive Onslaught against the 1999 Constitution by the Indigenous Peoples of Nigeria cooperating as “the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination” (NINAS) brings us now to the current threshold of engagement where all that is left for the interment of the 1999 Constitution and Freeing its Captives is to halt the Voyage to the 2023 Round of National Elections.
The December 16, 2020 Joint Multi-Regional Constitutional Force Majeure by NINAS sets the Framework for that Interment. (Recall that the Retirement Processes for the Defeated 1999 Constitution was Activated by the NINAS December 19, 2021 Stock-Taking, Status and Next-Steps World Press Conference in Lagos.
Immediate Next-Steps to Demonstrate that Defeat and commence the Reinstatement of Ownership and Possession to the Constituent Components of Nigeria starts with the SHUTDOWN of the Voyage to the 2023 Validation and Renewal of the Life of that Title Deed.
The last viable Political card available to the Defeated Caliphate is to drag the rest of Nigeria which has Repudiated and Rejected the 1999 Constitution to another round of National Elections in 2023 under that Constitution because this will automatically infuse a modicum of life into that Defeated Constitution and might buy a measure of reprieve for the embattled Caliphate.
Let it be understood that the desperate attempts by the Descendants of Uthman Dan Fodio and Ahmadu Bello to Railroad the rest of Nigeria to the 2023 Electoral Voyage is the last-ditch effort of the sinking Caliphate to salvage their Defeated Title Deed, and therefore their contrived Ownership and Control of Nigeria.
Let it therefore be understood that the IMMEDIATE Shutting Down of the Voyage to 2023, (ie inside 2022) in practical Rejection of the Fraud of 1999, holds the Key to Extricating the Rest of Nigeria from the Bondage and Union of Death that Caliphate Nigeria (ie Unitary Nigeria) has become for them.
In the final analysis, for the rest of Nigeria (ie the NINAS Alliance Territories), the choice to be FREE or to remain in Damnation will be determined by whether we Shut Down the Journey to 2023 Elections or we allow ourselves to be Railroaded by the Caliphate to the 2023 Elections”.

4. Village House is a liability not an asset ,build a moderate house in the village .Don’t build to impress people or for status purpose. Always think of the cost of maintenance which is recurrent .
5. Be part of building a better society .Always invest in humanity.
6. Finally , as you build your spiritual life ,remember to join any political ministry around you for the sake of humanity . GGM is highly recommended.
Ndubuisi Anaenugwu is an economist and Deputy Leader of GGM
In a Facebook broadcast via Biafra Human Rights and Freedom Radio on 7/1/2022,Dr Okeadu announced that the group is sorry for deceiving Ndigbo that they were not Nigerians but Biafrans . He said that IPOB made a grievous mistake by advising Biafrans to reject and boycott Nigeria electoral process. He regretted that upon all their educational qualifications and having lived in developed countries ,Nnamdi KANU succeeded in misleading all of them to believe that Nigeria is a Zoo including believing that Buhari is dead . Dr Okeadu advised all Biafrans at home to stop being emotional in order to engage their brains in critical reasoning as ‘ndi Biafra’ .” How can Nnamdi KANU asked us not to recognise Nigeria State and at the same time asking us to contribute money for his legal defence in the same Nigeria court ,a country he rejected on internet radio!”
Dr Okeadu concluded that ”we are Biafrans by indigenous identities but still Nigerians as citizens and as a result ,should participate in all Nigeria activities including electoral process”.
This is the same ideology Chinedu Asuzu of BVI Channel 1 and Leader of Good Governance Ministry has been preaching for the past eight years .We do not need to fight anybody .We are already in our land .All we need is to build and develop our ancestral land.
